Marius

I'm originally from Berlin and have been living in Barcelona for over six years. I studied journalism with a focus on marketing and PR, then worked in the agency world before becoming a consultant. I've been playing basketball for 25 years and am deeply rooted in the German basketball scene, which has introduced me to a lot of different people, cultures and communities over the years.

I've also worked as a talent myself for several years, both in Berlin and Barcelona. I've always been interested in people, different faces and what's behind them. Through work, basketball and living in Barcelona, I've met a lot of interesting people from completely different backgrounds and scenes. I enjoy talking to people, hearing their stories and connecting people who might not otherwise meet.

After seeing the industry from both sides, I started thinking about what I would do differently if I had my own agency. I want to bring that experience into BEMBE, try out new ideas and find new ways of connecting talents, brands and people, while keeping it personal and on a human level.

Luca

I was born in Los Angeles and raised in Barcelona. Music has been a big part of my life from a young age and has introduced me to a lot of the people and creative communities I'm surrounded by today. I've worked at music festivals and spent a lot of time around the production side of events, which made me realise how much I enjoy creating spaces where different people come together.

I later moved to New York to study fashion, where I became even more interested in the connection between fashion, music and culture. Being around such a diverse mix of artists, designers, musicians and other creatives made me want to create something similar back in Barcelona. Two years ago, I started my own event series for creatives, bringing together DJs, artists and people from different backgrounds.

I've always felt that there are a lot of talented people who simply don't get enough opportunities to be seen. I want to explore new ways of bringing people together, giving creatives and talents a professional platform and seeing where those connections can take us.
